Your tasks

Collect compliance declarations and material data from suppliers
Prepare material declarations using IMDS, Assent, BOMcheck, and similar tools
Responsibility for Environmental Management topics like Lifecycle assessment, LCA, PCF (Product Carbon Footprint).and needed processes within the company
Review supplier documentation and ensure data accuracy
Evaluate products and materials against regulatory requirements
Maintain compliance records and databases
Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance projects
Contribute to company product compliance initiatives

Job profile

Bachelor's degree in a technical/scientific field or equivalent experience
Experience in product, environmental, or material compliance is an advantage
Familiarity with IMDS, REACH, RoHS, BOMcheck, Carbon footprint or similar tools
Basic knowledge of materials, BOMs, and engineering drawings
Professional English skills, written and spoken
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Team player with suppliers and cross-functional teams
Willingness to learn and grow in regulatory compliance
