Push-Pull is a locking mechanism that is perfectly suited for a wide range of applications. Push-Pull connectors are easy to plug and unplug while maintaining the required shock and vibration resistance. This type of locking is capable of meeting current and future challenges of different fields of application and can also be used in harsh environmental conditions.

Y-Circ P Push-Pull circular connector

The metal circular Push-Pull connector Y-Circ P with patented half-shell design is used, for example, in measuring and test equipment. The connector is easy to contact and the robust Push-Pull locking mechanism can be unlocked again easily. Thanks to the release aid, it can also be used in limited spaces.

M12 Y-Circ M with space-saving internal Push-Pull locking mechanism

The Push-Pull version with internal locking of the M12 connector is the first M12 Push-Pull design to be implemented in an international standard (IEC 61076-2-012). The system only requires the same installation space as M12 connectors with screw locking. However, the classic screw lock is still available. Moreover, M12 sockets can be completely integrated into the end device.

Y-Con RJ45

Y-Con was developed for harsh industrial applications. Hence the new Push-Pull version is designed for IP protection class IP67 / IP68 / IP69K and is 100% backwards compatible with the revised and slimmer Y-ConCover-40 PP, which has been established for years. At the same time, the system offers the usual shock and vibration protection that has already been successfully proven. In addition, adapter cables with M12 (Y-Circ M) or metallic Push-Pull connectors (Y-Circ P) are also available.

Yamaichi has been producing in Frankfurt (Oder) since 2006, and in the expanded new plant since 2020. This results in many customer benefits: Short delivery routes, hardly any lead times and fast on-site production are some of them. In this way, individual customer requirements and specifications can be implemented at short notice. One example is the production of cable assemblies, where the pin layout of the connectors is customized by Y-Circ P. Smaller quantities can also be realized.
