Facilities and Operations Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • You support in planning, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance and repair work in coordination with external service providers and contractors
  • You conduct regular inspections of building and office infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and update maintenance logs and technical documentation
  • You support with the distribution, setup, and documentation of IT equipment and solve basic hardware and network issues
  • You assist with packaging, preparing, and shipping goods and documents in coordination with customs and shipping partners
  • You manage small inventory of Storage items, IT Equipment, office supplies, consumables and laboratory Tools
  • You conduct external purchases when needed and delivers documents to administrations and drive employees or visitors occasionally
Job profile
  • You have a bachelor’s degree or Post-secondary Technical Diploma and a driving license
  • IT affinity is required
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • You have good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Very good communications skills and good knowledge of English & French are mandatory
