Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  • You manage all correspondence and serve as the office’s primary point of contact
  • You prepare HR documents and support the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • You maintain and organize personnel files in compliance with company policies, and assist with attendance management, leave tracking, and HR reporting
  • You arrange employee travel and support with visa applications
  • You support internal communication and assist in the organization of company events
  • You prepare bank transfers, manage cash flow, and support monthly closing activities for the external accountant
  • You follow up with suppliers and accounting partners regarding payment statuses, assist in budget tracking for office needs, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing
  • You communicate with Tunisian administrations such as CNSS, the tax office, the employment office, and customs
  • You supervise and follow up on required maintenance activities in coordination with the Facilities Manager
Job profile
  • You have bachelor’s degree and a driving license
  • IT affinity is required
  • You have a hands-on mentality
  • You have good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Very good communications skills and very good knowledge of English & French are mandatory
  • Acquirement of German would also be desirable
